Start with the decisions that connect
A buyer plan that includes the financing
Your timing, payment comfort, intended use, and property needs belong in the same conversation. John combines 36 years of experience with his work as a real estate broker and senior loan officer to help you identify the next step.
John helps you see those moving parts together, while keeping the real-estate and mortgage roles, disclosures, and decisions distinct.
Your buyer goals
Clarify your timing, priorities, and the questions you want answered before moving forward.
Your mortgage path
Review the route that fits your borrower file and the property you are considering.
Your next decision
Understand what to prepare, which conditions remain, and what to discuss before an offer.
The process follows your loan type
John handles conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and non-QM files, along with other applicable loan paths. He can run the specific process for each type. Availability depends on borrower, property, program, and lender requirements.
For eligible Fannie Mae conventional files, Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter (DU) Findings are part of the upfront review. FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and non-QM files follow the applicable program and lender process.
Lenders do treat the DU Findings as a strong basis for making an offer. DU Findings are not final loan approval or a commitment to lend. The lender still verifies the file, property, and remaining conditions.

“John has now helped us with our 3rd purchase in the past 20 years. Each time has been so easy and without any glitches. John also handled the financing, so we had one person who could represent us as a real estate agent and also as a senior loan officer.”
Individual experience. Every file and transaction is different; results are not guaranteed.
What happens when you start?
- Tell John your goals and timing. Start with a few details about your buying plans.
- Identify the information needed. Your next step depends on your file and the applicable process.
- Work through the next decision. Discuss representation, financing, and the questions that matter before an offer.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a representation agreement or guarantee financing. John can explain the applicable agreements and review process.
